Constellation Submission Agreement & License

Constellation is the open-access digital collection of scholarly work produced by Elmhurst College students, faculty and staff. It is a permanent archive. Items can be made freely accessible to the world through Google and other search engines. You will still retain copyright of your materials. If you have questions about this form, please contact the Library.

Research & Performance Showcase participants are strongly encouraged to submit their materials to Elmhurst College’s collaborative institutional repository, known as Constellation (which can be found here). An institutional repository is an online archive for collecting, preserving, and disseminating the scholarly output of an institution’s constituency.

Materials will be available to the public as evidence of Elmhurst College’s scholarship and academic achievement, and indexed under the creator’s name(s) and title. Examples of presentations would be Microsoft Office files, images, .pdfs, video, or audio.
